If he means no power to the fuel pump check fuse #21 (20 amp) and the fuel pump relay. They are located in the power distribution panel under the hood, just behind the battery.

OK we're working in the dark here if you want help you need to give some basic information.

1) Was the car running property prior to the current fuel pump issue?
2) When you turn the key to start does the engine crank but not start or does it do nothing at all?
3) Is the check engine light on and if so what codes are stored?
4) What other work, if any has been done to it recently?

If you don't hear the fuel pump priming, check the fuse and relay. Also check the fuel pressure at the rail, should be 49psi.

Correct me if I am miss interpreting what you said “it just won’t turn over” but do you mean that the engine literally does not turn when you engage the starter? Because it that is the case ithas nothing to do with the fuel pump problem or the computer and is a starter system problem.
