Default code 43

if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I have a 98 neon DOHC i just started driving it again after having it sit for over a year. i did a complete tune up on it plugs, wires, etc. last night i was driving and it started sputtering and the power cut down. this morning i went diagnose the fault and it wont start. i have fuel but i cant check for spark i have no tools here my tools are completely across town. im thinking it might be a coil pack but if someone has any other ideas please let me know.

The Code 43 is single or multiple cylinder misfire. What kind of plugs did you put in there? Inspect your work and make sure the wires are on correctly. Also inspect the coil pack for any cracks.

You may have a headgasket leak. I'd start with some frech spark plug tube seals first and a new valve cover gasket.
