well if you're real handy you can check the underside of the fuse box for any loose connections. and if you dont see any there i dont know.
i know im not much help. but i try, really

i know when i had an electrical problem its best to just take it to a dodge/chrystler dealer. it saves a lot of money instead of taking it to a garage and have them try and find the problem.

the garage spent 4+ hrs trying to find the problem where the dealer had the problem diagnosed in 15 mins. thankfully the garage felt sory for me and didnt charge me for the labor.
it was the radiator relay switch.

Upstream is on the exhaust manifold and the downstream is just after the cat.

the o2 sensor wires, you can find them just by looking at your exhaust. they will lead to a sensor on the exhaust and they are the only (sensor, wires) on the exhaust, so finding them wont be hard. but i will personally worn you. If you are not good at wiring for your own sake do not tamper with your vehicles wiring. You can really screw alot of things up. most ppl dont realize that alot of sensor wires arent 12v but instead they recieve a signal voltage. signal voltage could be ( depending on the sensor ) like 2.45V. so then u go in and fix the wires with a crimp in repair. the crimpconection not being solid now ur signal voltage is 2.35 and ur ecm thinks something is wronge. yeah thats the kinda stuff i deal with like once a week or more! it sux.
