If you don't want to swap the harness in, then yes.

I know someone selling a DOHC wiring harness from a 98 DOHC engine.

I have the engine harness already..All I need is a 95 harness to the pcm and the 95 DOHC manifold, and I should be ok from there right??

If you want to use the 95 DOHC wiring harness, then you will need the 95 DOHC MTX PCM and the 95 DOHC intake manifold.
