that's probably y neon's r hard on gas we drive our cars 2 hard,,and 4 the honda guy's they know they have no power so they just follow the limit,,
i dont know about u guy's but it's hard just going the limit with my neon my corsica i dont feel like driving it hard,it's as if my neon is telling me "beat me"

 

I raced some cadalac or sumthin tonight, some old car and smoked it by about 4 lengths, from stop light to lane merger about a 1/4 mile. got up to about 80-85 pretty fun stuff[8D]

my old caddy had a 7.0litre engine in it but then it had about 4000 pounds to carry too but it would beat ford f-150s easy gas mileage wasent good but the car was a tank it wouldnt die

5th gear on neon's suck azz im not arguing with u there,thats y i stick 2 light to light,or friday night drags,,at least i dontneed to use it,,,,lol cause ihate that 5th gear lmao,if only the R was for racing and the N was for nitrous,we wouldnt need that 5th gear,,lmfao,,sorry for using that ((5th gear)) so many times it just sucks so bad,,,but i still love my neon [sm=yeahsmile.gif]

 

5th gear is the cruising gear...you can't get to 5th gear in a 1/4 mile race!!
