Well first race happened
If anyone read my first post about beginner mods for my neon and about these two kids wanting to race me, this is the outcome of a race. I raced the Honda Civic just about 20 minutes ago 10:40ish pm est. Found him in town driving so i followed him to the highway(two lane). We passed two cars on our lane and he stepped on it doing about 60. I caught up and passed around 80-85 and kept on it till about 95 when i saw him about 3 cars behind. I slowed down to 60 to and waited for him to catch up. He instead goes into the other lane and steps on it. Passing me doing about 75-80, and by the time i noticed he was trying to pass it was too late. So i floor it and get up to him neck and neck doing 110. Going up a very slight hill i put it in 5th and thought i would get some more out of my car. Bad idea, so i threw it back in 4th and get up pass his nose just alittle(maybe a foot). He starts to brake and i do the same. So i won twice. Funny, bone stock car(and i mean STOCK) against a 96 civic with exhaust/headers/cai. I feel great now!

RE: Well first race happened
You cant compare neon's to civic's for gas milage,,i dont like honda but u cant argue that they have really good gas milage compared to neon's,neon'sr cheap to run but not as cheap as honda,,i had a few honda's and i would run all day on a half a tank, and my neon i would run a3to 4 hourson a half a tank,,,
