Default HELP Broken PCV Tube

upon inspecting my engine bay today i noticed that the PVC tube below the coil pack is completely cracked off...just by looking at it i know its very brittle and trying to cut it to put it back on wouldn't work. is this something that needs to be hooked up and if so how can i get this fixed

Take it off and take it to an autoparts store and ask them for some rubber hose the same length and diameter and install it. Simple!

lol the same thing happened to me it. when i replaced my valve cover gasket a couple of months ago, it started splitting the hose where you're talking about so i did a quick fix wrapped the splitting end in duck tape and put one of those hose clamps around it. no preoblems so far.
