Does anybody know about the DOHC intake??? I'm currently doing a swap from SOHC to DOHC and I need a 1995 intake manifold.I've been looking around all over and I've finally found one but they say it has a top and bottom part. I dont remember it having a top and bottom, does it??? please respond ASAP!!! I'm going to buy it today ...thanks!!!

 

it should be a one peice assembly like the sohc but metal also

 

no it is a two piece set. and its bolted together with gasket to make 1 manifold the top side attaches to the head and the bottom attaches to the throttle body..

 

thats an indy intake manifold(aftermarket)....i think all he is looking for is a stock one.....

 

yes but it dont matter i have 3 dohc motors in my garage and all the intake manifolds are 2 piece i was just diplaying a pic for IzDatAneonso he could see the 2 piece set up...

 

thats not the indy, that a pic of the extrude hone....basically what mine looks like, but i am sure they did a better job and i removed the 2 little nubs in the bottomportion on the throttle body sideand the center divider betwen ports 2 and 3
