i didnt read the link but, it is easiest if you remove the fans from the radiator....
there are 2-13mm bolts on the front of the motor under the starter......1-18mm bolt to the right of those....and 2-18mm or 15mm bolts on the bottom side of the motor.....
then remove the long bolt from the rubber bushing of the mount and then just weezel it out.....
then, if you are wanting to remove the whole rubber part of the mount thats on the car, there is 1-15mm bolt on the bottom of the radiator support thats inside the big solid metal support gaurd(bump stop)....then under that there are 2 more bolts.....unbolt them and the front piece is off

y the rubber part,,,?if it isnt any good u change the motor mount itself,u cant just change the rubber,u can buy inserts for it,,unless ur using hockey pucks than u have to put a little gas or lighter fluid on it and melt it,,,,if thats not the answer ur looking 4 give me a lil more info on what u plan to do and i will try to help u the best i can,,,
