are they easy to install? i dont know if i need them i wont be tearing it apart that often

The head bolts? Yes, you just need to torque them down in the correct sequence and you should not reuse head bolts.

how do u tourge down the studs those i kno u can use a tourge wrench for the nuts but what about the studs that go into the block

put the nuts on and torque them down
