No shift kit, but it did do it from 0-85,000 miles when I sold it.

under 100,000 miles makes alot of difference....
i thought it was funny how fast my work car (70,000) seems compared to the r/t before the turbo (150,000)....though the work car is basically an r/t

i dont know about mounts...i think with FWD, the only thing that'll stop wheel hop is several bags of sand on your hood

when i put my solid mount in the front of the r/t it drastically reduced wheel hop....but never eliminated it....too much power i guess

ok I have anotherproblem and I did look this one up in previous threads but it is wheel hop. It looks like I can just get some Prothane motor mount inserts and it will take care of that bouncing feeling which loses all accelaration I may have in my atx neon. Is that right? cuz if its not i dont want to wastemoney on them. Alsoaparentlly my inner cv joints are badso would that have anything to do with it. shouldI get a heavy duty axel for maximum acceleration in my atx? thanks
So im sure we have concluded that this is not wheel hop and that it is your tranny saying OW OW OW OW and not wheel hop hop hop =P Sorry to break it to you, but it might be time for a rebuild/swap. When mine did that my whole front end bounced (like wheel hop).

OR

Have a friend stand outside the car (at a distance incase a diff pin shoots out) And tell you if it is wheel hop at all. If so, GO YOU get some motor mounts and take it to the track!!
