Well i ordered my parts, Standard rod bearings, Full grove main standards, .20 over DOHCpistons, High volume oil pump.Totaled 366.33 shipped. That also leaves room for a sweet cam, some head work, And magnum springs and mabye a header!!

Yea kinda kuz i want to get it done! but Modern didnt have any Stock DOHC rebuilds (that i found) If they do ill cancel my order at howell and go modern! (prolly still get it quicker!)

Alllrighty folks The time is now, the place is here.

I finnally got my parts today! And thanks to the slow shippment, My credit line is getting thin! So If I have a machine shop do the bore/hone,

How hard is it to assemble?

assembly isnt hard...just make sure to torque everything exactly as it should be....

make sure to call around to a few shops before you get the block work done or you might get stuck with a bill like mine[:@]

Im still thinking of having the shop do mine completly bore/hone/polish/assemble. But i would have to get another credit card to get it done =( Im not too far into debt so i think i can manage another 1000 for a strong longer lasting car.
