Ya I decided im just gunna show up for the court date... odd are he wont show... but for that I just bring my ticket stuff and my check book and hope for the best correct?

 

Yeah he probably wont show. So just show up prepared and if he doesnt show then hopefully it will be dismissed.

 

You have no real "rights" when it comes to driving. Keep in mind that driving is a privledge, not a right, and that is why the government is able to take it away from you ;-)

 

i have to agree with spud not wearing you seat belt is some times a good idea take me for example i was in a truck roll over and i was not waering my seat belt we were doing about 80 mph on a dirt road and my brother lost control and the truck (a 90 ish gmc sirrea) rolled over 6 and a 1/2 times i was thrown out on the first roll i wasnt wereing my seatblet well when i got out of the hospitle i looked at the after math and i would have been killed so yeah thats my little story of how i cheated death and how in some cases wearing your seat belt is not always a good idea

 

Im a seat belt man really. If I am just going down the road or something I might not put it on, but usually it just feels wierd without so I just put it on.

 

I wear my seat belt out of habbit. unless im in the HMMWV or humve if you perfer. that and i dont drive like a retard. . . unless im on the expressway. thats where i got most of my tickets. but i have taken all my tickets to court. the fines were reduced and no points added to my licence.
the windows on my vic are tinted so i get pulled over for that more then i do my seatbelt

 

Yeah and we all love the crown vic too
