Default leveling kit for 88 ram w100

My brother would like to fit a 33" tire on his truck but the front end needs to come up about 2'. I was wondering if he couldn't just use a block to bring it up a little. If this isn't a good idea, any other would be appreciated. Thank ahead.

find the specs on the front coil springs and try to match them with a nothing coil spring or look at heavy duty coil spring. is 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive and does it have a soild front axle. if its soild you can use block with no problem just get longer u-bolts.

it is 4 wheel drive with the solid front axle. This is why I was hoping a small block would do the trick.
