Need help lifting my 85 Ram
yeah no disrespect meant towards you lowering folks, but i must agree that , IMO, trucks should go up and thats it.im sure it handles great, but i'd rather be bouncin' a little than scrapin my oilpan on stuff!
But about the shocks... in the rear i am using Donahoe Racing gas-charged shocks set for my 25 inch ride height (shock eye to shock eye).I measured thatbefore i took out the overload leaf in my superlift spring pack though. they work well. the front has Rancho shocks on it, which i did not put on, know nothing about, and would like to replace. they do not work so well.
And if you dont put on the shocks at the same time, it is a VERY bouncy ride. My rear end bounced so much my back started hurting after a couple weeks. no joke.
