Default EFI to Carb

a friend of mine has a '92 D250 4x4 w/ a 360 auto, and were working on swapping out to carb due to the wiring harness being fried in a fire. aside from the basics intake, carb, and fuel pressureregulator what else needs to go or stay electrical, vacuum lines, etc?

I to am going from efi to carb( acually 2x4),you will need distributor and box or the computer will have your timing off,use a bypass regulator, obviously you will not pass any emission inspections or tests so it is up to you what else you remove.

I just bought a '98 5.2L m.p.i and i want to convert it to carb. but i noticed that they have a new head design so i cant just swap out the intake manifolds. Someone know what heads i need to convert it over and that wont kill my wallet?

The intake for the late model 318 is at summitracing.com for a little over $300 bucks.
