Default Tire Size

I have a 1993 W250, 5.9l V8, 3:90 Rear End.

It currently has the stock 235/85/16E tires. I would like to get something a little bigger on it (just for looks)and I was wondering would 285/75/16 tires fit without a lift? I see Nitto has this size in a load range E, or would a 265/75/16E be a better choice? I don't do any long trips with it, but do use it to haul hay sometimes 59 square bales in the bed (about 50lbs each=2,950lbs), other times pulling a gooseneck with 4 round bales (about 1350lbs each=5,400lbs + trailer). Or should I just stick with the stock size tire.

Thanks!

Just don't forget also that your speedo will not read the correct speed if you change tire size.
