Red,are you staying with f.i.,if you are you will need either a reducer with the 02 bung or you will need to weld one on the reducers that come with the headers.

Yeah it's going to be running on the stock computer and I was planning on running the exhaust myself, I have a few O2 sensor bungs laying around in my toolbox somewhere and was planning on having to do that part.

Did you ever put the headers on your truck? Did you run dual exhaust? If you did, I would be interested in hearing how you ran the pipes. I'm wanting to run duals on mine, but dang if I can see how I can run a pipe down the drivers side because of that big azz fuel tank, and it doesn't look like there's enough room to run both pipes down the passenger side. How'd you do yours?

I have'nt done mine yet, I decided to go with manifolds because the headers would be iffy because I built my own motor mounts and their in the way of where the headers would probably end up.

I found some manifolds from a 95 grand cherokee and won them for 99 cents on ebay, those are closer to the second gen manifolds and dump out of the back instead of straight down in the middle like the first gen.

I'm probably going to have to run everything from the collectors down but I have'nt really looked at it too much yet, I was thinking of wrapping the drivers side pipe under the trans and going out of the passenger side with duals just behind the cab but I'll have to see what it's going to take to make that work, I'll probably end up having to mount the cans halfway under the cab and halfway under the bed and wrap one up over the tail housing where the big hump is behind the seat.

I was actually directing my question to the original poster. His truck is a 4X4 and would be different from yours.

No problem man. I've, on many occasions, been struck with the same problem, however my wife has a different name for it. My problem with the exhaust is gettting it past the vacuum pod for the front axle and then past that 30 gallon gas tank. I was hoping the OP could shed some light on that.
