The hose is called a cold air supply tube and flexible metal clothes dryer vent sold at home depot works well.

I had to find another truck that still had a stove on it to see what it looked like. Then I made one out of sheet metal and pop riveted an up pipe to it that accepted the tubing from the air cleaner. The tubing was purchased at Advance Auto. 4 years and it is still there and works fine.
