Default Best place for hard to find parts?

I'm looking for a door latch for my '90 D150. The dealership wants $135 for a new one and I can't find them on any online sites like rockauto.com. No luck with the junkyards around here either.

Anybody have a good source for hard to find stuff for these trucks? Thanks!

I've relied on salvage yards for just about everything so far. Luckily mine was in pretty good shape when I got it. So far I've gotten a rear chrome bumper, chrome factory wheels from a '90's van, marker lights, Dakota tail lights, and a driver side window regulator. All together I think I spent about $160 for all of the above, all from a salvage yard. I picked up a 360 to rebuild with a 904 tranny for $100 off the local Craigslist. Unfortunately these Rams aren't like Fords and Chevys with a ton of aftermarket and reproduction part support. Which in the long run I think will add to the value and popularity of these trucks.

since a supplier like LMC truck hasnt seen fit to include a catalog for older rams yet, youre pretty much limited to craigslist, dealer or wrecking yard.
