Default Changing interior color

I have an '89 with burgundy interior. It looks nice but it really limits the exterior colors that go with it. I did a search and didn't really come up with anything, but, has anyone had any luck trying to change the color of their dash, door panels, plastic trim, etc with any particular products? Changing headliner and carpet is no big deal, but I'd really like to make my dash and plastic trim black. Thanks in advance

You can buy paint or dye for the dash etc, don't know how good or long it last.

Dupli-color makes a complete line of products specifically for interior car trim that look really good. I do not know about its longevity but if you prep it properly it should last.

I've seen that stuff. I know they have a special primer for the plastics too. I'd like to find pics of someone who has done it. It's not that easy to find a new dash and door panels if they get ruined.
