Well, it won't be flat black forever but it's a step closer to having actual color on it, and at least the entire truck is the same color now. Took alot of work to get it to this point. Removing extra trim that wasn't in good shape anymore, sanding, filling holes, sanding, sanding, sanding...

Thanks, trying the "keep it simple" route. Want an older-style skinnier front bumper and a roll pan for the rear. Will probably leave the exhaust dumping in front of the rear end, but hopefully duals coming from headers in the future. Still deciding what/where/how to use the factory emblems.

I have a garage just no room for my motorcycle let alone the truck. I painted in my driveway, just gotta wait for dry, non-windy days.

i share a driveway with my neighbors so there would be a possibility that over spray could get all over the cars or houses.

Looks good man! It is a lot of work, but it'll be worth it!

Sweet truck! Paint and body (atleast the body part) is the probably the hardest work to do on a vehicle, but can be the most rewarding if done right. Not to mention if you're willing to teach yourself, you can save a ton of money, plus you get the satisfaction of truly making a vehicle your own when everything done to it has been done by you.
