Default Year and Miles

I have an 88 dodge with only 89000 miles on it, i bought it with 83k and i have only had it for about 4 months. I was just wondering everyones year and mileage, and how long they have had their dodge.

I have an '89 with, approximately 187k-ish.... lol... I say that because my odometer quit working about a month after I purchased the truck. Well, it rolled itself back! It had 172k when I bought it ( in july of '04) and while coming back from a visit to Arizona ( I was in Cali at the time), I noticed the odometer read 60k (rolled over obviously, or I'm assuming). It had resumed activity, and it only reads 76k. So I've put about 16k on it in a year... but I also made a move with about 3k miles... and while in Cali I had a 70 mile a day commute.

It's not pretty, but it gets me off the beaten path.

86 w250 has about 254k on it, I've got receipts going back way before I bought it that shows it got a new engine at about 180k.

02 dakots has 40k.

'84 Ram D-150 Royal SE, 4X,XXX miles! Great condition, First owner (my cousin) left it in her home town and then my dad bought it (got new brakes, tires, rims, etc...damn Oklahoma fields lol), but now I have it (318 engine). Was my dad's toy, but it was left to me in the will (better then the Tahoe imo) and even better since in Texas its a classic. Having problems with the starter though and field mice have nested up in the intake, needs new pulleys (since some dumb*** worked on it when I was 16 and took some good parts), needs new carpet, the interior trim (above doors), brakes, tires, and then maybe a fresh coat of paint and its perfect fyi I shouldnt have toyed with the Lex, but I was young and dumb; by now the truck wouldve been perfect with cheaper insurance lol

Mine's an '89 D150 shortbed with 220,000 on the original 318 TBI and 727 auto. Will still slap your head in the back window when it shifts. My father bought it new and took good care of it; I got it when I turned 16... and it's a little beat up now. Hit a dog a few years ago that caused $2000 worth of damage to the driver side corner (and door). Needs new carpet, the paint is shot, and the drivers door is on the verge of falling off (!!!) but other than that it's still a great truck. The only things that have EVER been replaced on this truck are the starter, water pump, exhaust, and distributor. It left me stranded one time about six years ago (dirty fuel injectors will do that). $40 later they're good as new and it hasn't missed a beat since. I plan on completely restoring this truck someday. Just waiting on the money to do it.......

My 87 D-100 is powered by the mighty slant six and is going on 280,000 miles. The odometer has reset twice already. It threw a rod around 220,000 so it's on its second motor, but I plan to keep her forever.

I used to have a 1978 D-100 with a slant six, but around 340,000 the oil pump gave out, and since the oil pressure gage hadn't worked since before i owned it, i didn't know i had no oil pressure, and it rounded a lobe in the cam shaft, backfired so badly that it exploded the muffler and then died, i ended up scrappin the truck, it was 75% rust any way.
