Default not running

I just put headers on my truck. When I drove it it died on me but it started up after I waited a while.I got in it to move it the next day and it did the same thing but this time it didn't crank back up. I'm running the headers open and I have not reinstaled the o2 sensor. Is this the problem?

I agree that the O2 sensor is not causing this problem. If you would like more help we need more info (year, model, engine size and tranny). If you put these things in your header to the right under Vehicle we will always know this info when you post.

Sure. Could be anything at this point? Are you getting any spray from the injectors? Any spark?

You need to start eliminating systems. Take the air cleaner off and look down inside the throttle body. You should see a cone of fuel spray at the base of each injector. The cone should be solid with no gaps or streams and should reach the sides of the throttle body throat. This may require a flash light and is easier to see when out of direct sunlight. Have you tried to pull the computer codes?
