No, not on any of them, although I do get about 1.4 volts on the blue wires when cranking the engine.
What I am thinking right now is that the required 12 volts are supposed to come from the ASD inside the PCM (there is a blue wire coming back from the PCM) so my next steo will be to check that there is power going into the PCM

Default Problem Fixed!

Checked the voltage on all connectors in the PCM and there was none to be found! From the the discussions here and other reading determined that the pink wire going into the PCM should have 12 V. Traced that cable and found it was broken at the 2-way split right after the 4 way split in the right fender.
Thank you very much Seal and Crazzywolfie for all the help. There where several right suggestions that there might be a problem with power to the ASD, these were correct, what we did not know is that the ASD was inside the PCM, Still don't know what the relay with the blue wires is, from some pictures I saw it looks like a fan motor relay, but I don't know why it would have a wire connecting to a sensor in the transmission.
Anyway, I learned quit a bit, now have a lot of electrical taping and tiding up to do
Thanks again for the help! I was ready to give up at times...
