got truck back from dealer today.i had them check the a/c problem, they said its working and could not find anything wrong with it.was working good when they pulled it up for me to leave. stuck in traffic 20 min, still working, stopped for gas, left gas station must have stopped working was blowing no cold air???? what should i check or do next???? at this rate it will never get repaired. bybthe time someone can find something wrong with it all my parts may be out of warranty, then i will be screwed into buying new parts again. what to do?? thank you

just got back from dealer for another issue, they are going to change the pressure switch, cycling switch. the after market expansion valve that i put on has the pressure port in the wrong spot, not making it work or read the correct pressure or something like that. i really dont care what it was as long as it works good after all the money i put in it so far. they are fixing the a/c,and my other issue, may be by end of next week it will be done. thank you

well they never did get to do the work i pulled the truck from them.
does anyone know where i can locate a A/C TEMP CYCLING SWITCH???
factory #56005783,no longer avalible at dearler, cant seem to find an aftermarket one anywhere.
it is the one with the probe in the top a/c hose going to the exp. valve.
someone has to make these, how do these trucks on the road have a/c that part cant last forever. thank you

thanks seal, but that is not it. it has a copper probe that goes into the suction line that senses temp. its hard to discribe but its a little rectangle box with 3 wire pig tail with connector, and about a 6inch wire with the probe on it. it mounts on a bracket that is atached to the expansion valve. thank you
