Welcome to the site. You could check in the Ram or Pwer Wagon section if they are related to the W100,

Welcome aboard astraone! Like fascistfaction suggested - don't forget to browse Sub-Forums: Ram for stuff related to your ride.

Default fuel

cruisin down the road and the truck quits. replaced the carb, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel lines and it still does it. you stop, and check; fuel still in carb or squirting in but the truck fires up again and down the road quits again. coil maybe? fuel sending unit? got me stumped.

same block 318 as in my stock cuda but different configureation

It may need a ECU as my Coronet would die for no apparent reason. I am not sure how to check though,

I have read nothing that points to a fuel problem. This also doesn't sound like a coil failure. If the truck starts up immediately there is only one way to trouble shoot this problem, as much as I hate it, and that is parts replacement. I would start with the ECU because they are trouble prone and cheap.
