Default How to paint "Dodge Ram"

How do you paint the raised "Dodge Ram" lettering on the tail gate? I am trying to figure out the easiest way to do this. The only way I can think of is to tape it all off.

I didn't know they were decals. I'll have to try and find them.

I think the decals only come in a few colors. If you want something more specific, you'll have to paint it.

If you have a steady hand, you can get a pinstriping brush at most hobby stores. Pinstripe the outline, let it dry and it will give you a nice clean line to lay the tape on. Tape the letters off and spray them whatever color you want.

Thanks thats perfect.

I'm just going to get the black one. So no need to paint a custom color.

RCC recommends Phoenix Graphix. Lots of neat stuff there.

I spray painted mine. Pics if I remember them. Looks a little blocky.
