1990 dodge w150 5.2 318 runing super rich!!
OK I have a 1990 Dodge W150 318 5.2, it is running extremely rich. The truck feels like it is miss firing. I have put TPS, map sensor, catalytic converter, O2 sensor, plugs, wires (plugs are gapped correctly, distributor is in correct timing, wires are good, and a brand new coil). The only thing I have not done is the EGR valve but not sure it would cause that major of a symptom. I have a code 51. Plugged my scanner in and it says my O2 sensor should be running lean. My CTS is getting the correct amount of voltage. When you look into the butterfly valve area you can see the fuel from injectors puddling on the butterfly valve. Someone please help!!!

There should be no puddling. Sounds like injector problems. Engine running. Look down in the throat of the throttle body to check the injector cones. There should be a fine cone of fuel with no gaps and no streams at the base of each injector. The cones should reach the sides of the TB. Low ambient light and a flashlight shows the cones best.
