Default 1989 D150 looking to lower it (HELP)

I am new to dodge. I feel like I have a unicorn. I can't find the things I need for lowering the truck.

Can someone help with the WHAT I need and HOW to do it.

I am losing my window to get this done. Honey-DO list is calling my name and this will go on the back burner again.

Looking to do it all in a weekend.

Thanks

BP D150

The link SEAL posted referencing post #5 had nothing to do with lowering a truck.

4990Ram: What comes up on your screen when you go to my provided link and scroll down to the 5th post?

I am in contact with the OP via private message so I know he got to the post I intended.

I read "5th post" as #5, not the 5th post down on the page. My bad.

Your link goes to the correct info SEAL.
