Got the drain valve open and had oil drain out. Didnt drain it all out, at 25 dollars a qt I dont want to use to much. Got a little pump to fill it up.

Could only find the gear oil at the dealership. When i asked for Castrol Syntorq, they didnt even know what that was until I said the trans gear oil. Mopar branded bottle.

(on a side note, tested drove a brand new 2013 1500 lifted with 35s, pretty nice truck but I like the simplicity on mine. the new body styles are just big and bulky)
