14x3 is a generic name for an old school open element filter housing that accepts a filter that is 14 in in diameter by 3 in tall. Benefit: it looks cool and with proper venting, is good for performance.

There are some aftermarket 14x3 housings out there that are closed housings, but have hoses running out from the housing, usually meant to go to the grille to pull in cool air.

And no, I do not have a picture off hand.

What are you referring to as a "knozzle"? From my experience, these trucks heat up pretty quick. Mine will get up to operating temperature pretty quickly.

If it's leaking, there really aren't many options as to what it could be.

A. Bad hose
B. Loose clamp
C. Leaking water pump
D. Stuck thermostat causing blockage
E. Blockage in the heater core or radiator.

Are you talking about the overflow tube at the filler neck?

If so you should have an overflow bottle.

and what is a "knozzle"

Oh, also, that motor is not a 400. That's a small block, so it's either a 318, or 360.

. . . unless of course there are optical illusions being played, and the distributor is just resting on the wrong end of the motor.

If your talking about the images 1 page back (the underhood shot of the air cleaner) I don't think that is a picture of the truck he bought; he was asking about the air cleaner and hose assembly; wanting to find one.

The images from the first page are of a big block truck.
