some trucks react differently to different thermostats. my dads ford has a 180* thermostat and it puts out way better heat than my truck does with a 180* thermostat but with all 6 cylinders in a row that might have something to do with it.

^+1.

Likely screwed up the linkage.

I still need to fix mine. 3rd doesn't fully engage until almost 50 sometimes.

You got a tach on that truck? If not, install one, see what that engine is doing at idle

As for your 4WD, were you using low range or high range?

and not yet thats on my to do list. but i do want to get one its annyoing not knowing what your rpm are.

and it was high n low and it was weird my truck kept stalling (Cause idle was to low) and it was ingaged in 4x4 and it wouldnt work when i started it back up so i had to re do it and it worked but any presure it would not work (didnt make aloud noise when it gets out u can just feel it and know its not working cause front tires stoped spinning)

my buddy also said he heard the hubs clicking ( i couldnt hear it caue my truck is damn loud) lol
