Default 1986 Dodge D150 Heater/AC vacuum connections

I have a 1986 Dodge D150 that I acquired from my Dad, and am in the process of trying to bring it back into working order. The Heater/AC control module has a connector to 6 color coded vacuuum lines for changing vents from Vent to Heat to Defrost, etc. This connector has completely disintegrated, and I am trying to find which line connects to what. The vacuum lines from the control module are intact, so all I need to to do is adapt the color coded vacuum lines to the module. Does anyone have a diagram or even a picture of this connector? With a good picture, I could connect these to the proper location and maybe could get air to move through the defrost and heater vents. Thanks for any information
