could be any line anywhere on the truck that draws vacuum, do whats easiest first, check the plugs... you could have really dirty plugs and that might be causing it, ya don't know till ya check... hook a vacuum gauge up to direct intake vacuum like the brake booster line or something else and see what its pulling should be around 18-20

Checked the plugs this morning. They looked fairly normal. I changed them about 5 months ago but haven't put 500 miles on them because of this fuel issue. I gotta go buy a timing light and vacuum gauge and check out those too. Thanks for the help.

It's very annoying. I haven't driven mine since December 8th. I couldn't take off from a stoplight without cutting off. I had to barely give it any gas to get it moving then I could gun it if I wanted to.

if you wanna get any more depressed.. I had a grand total of 26 vacuum leaks on mine that were causing it plus a dirty carb... you'll get it eventually!

other thought.... you might have a partially clogged exhaust system if you still have cats... if you have that stupid "mini ox" converter on the y pipe just take it off right now cuz mine was clogged tighter than times square during rush hour

My cat has been "modified" so air flow is pretty unrestricted.
