b&m tranny pan problem

Default b&m tranny pan problem
So I have a extra deep B&M tranny pan for my 46rh(518). problem is the bolt holes don't line up on drivers side because the pan hits the side of the valve body. can I slide valve body over or can I grind it down a little?

Don't grind on valve body get a different pan.
