Default 1980 dodge w150

I got a 1980 dodge w150 with the 5.9l just found out its not firing on cylinder 7. Its getting spark. And i just put on a new edelbrock 600cfm carb with a edelbrock preformer rpm airbag intake manifold. What could be causing it not to fire?

Yeah im getting a spark from the plug but i can unplug the wire from the sparkplug and there is no difference. So would it be no fuel getting to that cylinder?

Do you know what the compression should be for that motor?

Depending on the mileage, between 125 and 175.
All cylinders should be within 10% of one another.

75 is a bit low. How many miles on it?
