I'm just about finished installing twins on the 360 in my 87 D150. For twins you need turbo headers, waste gates, turbos, filters for the turbos, oil feed and drain lines, new exhaust, new intake piping, a blow through carb and then just small odds and ends.

I did mine fuel injected. So what I did was used everything above, but am running it off a Holley EFI ECU, using a multi port intake manifold, injectors, water methanol injection, and added a blow off valve for longevity.

I did a build thread on yellow bullet you can check out. It's obviously not done yet, but the fuel injection is all wired up, turbos and manifolds are installed, and really its just about ready to fire.

Just a stock engine right now. I'll be running 7 psi and it should be just fine. I'm planning to build a 408 with an aftermarket block to start making some real power down the road
