Default Starting Issue

I have a 1987 Dodge D-100 with a 318 engine and automatic tranny. It won`t start. I have changed out the starter relay, the ignition switch, the spark control computer and had the starter checked out. I checked all the fuses. All is good. If I cross the wires on the starter? The starter starts. I am stumped. Any ideas and suggestions will help.

It won't crank, or won't fire?

It won't start at all. You turn the key and nothing happens. I can jump start it on the starter relay but if I plug it back in then nothing happens.

Do you hear the relay click when you turn the key to start?

Verify the ignition fuse.
