Default Having a difficult time turning!

'91 ram 2500 works like a dream with less than 100,000 miles, but I've noticed major problems trying to turn left and turn at all when I'm parked. There has been something dripping under the engine, but it smells like oil even though the oil levels aren't changing significantly (maybe just an old truck that hasn't been used a bunch shedding some built up oil or something? IDK). There's also a shaking sound/ feeling when I turn? what could this be!?!?
