Default 93 W250 Exhaust Y Pipe

I need a new Y-pipe for my '93 W250 5.9L Magnum. It seems that no one makes exactly the right part, but I'm trying to find one that will work, regardless. The Walker 40235, designed for the 94-99 Dakota looks really close, and it could probably be made to work, but if there was an exact fit replacement, for not too much more money, I'd be interested. I just can't seem to find one.

that should work. it is for a magnum engine. there is a possibility that you might need an piece of 2.75" pipe since the output on that is only 2.5" and i think the stock exhaust might be 3" till after the cat unless it is different on a truck. that is how it is on my 93 ramcharger.

What should I use for gaskets between the manifold and the Y-pipe?

Does it even require gaskets? Are the ends of the manifold rounded? Or are there inserts that go in there??

shouldn't require a gasket. just metal against metal.
