you can try contacting Jungle Jim on ramcharger central. i don't know if he has brackets that work with stock spring bushings but pretty sure he does build a kit for stock height if that is what you want. his bracket's are top quality. installed them front and rear on my buddies truck and they look awesome. even had a vehicle safety inspector compliment him on the quality of the brackets.
My best googling shows the fwd ones are discontinued, but the rear is available.
You might try 2ndgen ones from a 1500 (for 2.5" wide leafs). Should work because the frame width and axle perch spacing stayed the same 1stgen vs 2ndgen. Probably have to drill some holes is all.
