Need some Headlight help

looks like there may be 2 power wires to the multi function switch for the headlight. i am guessing 1 is still getting power and the other isn't. could be a bad headlight switch. they have a internal self resetting circuit breaker for the headlights only. it might have failed. all other lights have the power go through the fuse panel
