There is a vacuum controlled actuator on the air cleaner of my ram 150 5.2 that controls hot air to the carburetor. Chrysler part 4397641. Does anyone have a Borg warner cross for this part because I don't want to spend $85 for something that crosses to a $20 part.. Right now I have the line blocked because the diaphragm is leaking.


Got the fuel lines sorted out and the old girl runs well. So well that I could detect a leanness when cold

 

The actuator hasn't been available since 2000 from the dealer. An actuator is just a diaphragm that moves a rod so I would guess any one that fits would be good? .

 

grabbed an actuator from a 94 ram van 5.2 and it worked.
