Default 1st gen cummins question

Hi everybody so usually I'm posting in the 2nd gen forums, but about 2 months ago I picked up a 92 D250 extended(club) cab Cummins and im loving it. So far I've ripped up the floor and sanded and wire wheeled the floor pans and I got lucky they only have surface rust once I got them down to bare metal I put down a thick rustoleum(weatherproof/rust preventive) paint with a paint brush then sound deadner all throughout the floor. I've put 2500 miles on it already when I got it it only had 113,000 miles. Was in Florida for 26 years so this thing is as clean as they come. I had to go to Ohio about 400 miles away to pick it up it was garage kept in ohio for 2 years. The only thing that has been bothering me lately is the wind whistle, it really drives me nuts. I tried tightening up the latches for the vent windows took both latches apart and tightened up the screws, I took off the original rain deflectors and put new avs deflectors on that go all the way down the vent windows and up over the windows. It won't go away though has just been the passenger side that is whistling, but I can't figure out where from. Anybody have a solid solution? I packed in change too between the latches and the surface that connect too and still no luck. Might just buy the vent window seals, but I've kinda ruled them out at this point because even if I crack them open the whistle still doesn't go away. I've tried like every different window open combination lol.

Took me 20 hours to do front floor and 5 hours to do the rear. I only did sound deadner in the rear because its so clean. Had to order more though, 52 square feet wasn't enough for the front, under the bench seat, and the rear floor.
To be honest the hardest part of doing all this was getting the bench seat out by myself lol.

Nice truck. Good score.

If you pull the vent windows shut, does the whistle go away? I don't know if the seals for those are still available or not.... Might check softseal, or LMC Truck.

Its a little hard for me to tell because the whistle only starts when I hit about 45-50 mph. Since its the passenger side that's whistling I can't reach over and hold the window tight.

install a better stereo or bigger turbo. a bigger turbo will make that door whistle become way less noticeable especially when you are seeing 20-30psi of boost especially if you get the one with the blow off valve set for 32PSI that whistles like a banshee.

Yea thats true ill figure it out. Im not in to much a rush because pretty soon it'll be getting put away for the winter. Since I'm in Northern Pennsylvania we will most likely be getting snow soon and I will not be allowing this truck to be on the roads completely covered in salt and crap. Plus I do not want to risk getting into an accident with it as well. Would like to figure out the issue before next spring and gonna keep working on it over the winter and putting upgrades on. Will Start it up every other day as well to keep mice out and let the truck breathe. Will be driving my 2nd gen all winter

I found the culprit guys. Its the panel underneath the dashboard on the passenger side for the "AC" wind is seeping through when its closed making like a screaming/whistling noise. It goes away when open so im gonna close it for the winter and put a big slab of sound deadner over it.
