Default 88 D100 Not starting please help

Hello all I have a 88 d100 5.2 L V8. Currently the truck will not start, It turns over and and sputter for a second then I have replaced the fuel injectors with no luck. When I pull the fuel supply line of the throttle body and turn the ignition to on it will shoot out some gas then stop. Any suggestions on where to start trouble shooting? Could the fuel pressure regulator be bad? Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

I did not but if I spray starter fluid into the throttle body it will run for a few so leads me to believe spark is fine

Have somebody look down the throttle body when you prime the system and see if any fuel is coming out. May want to see what the pressure is also.

The fuel pressure should be 14.5 psi. The computer tells the injectors when to fire, I would check the wiring connections between the injectors and the computer.
