mine is a 92. Also I had the truck up on the lift today in a nice warm shop and we cannot see any play in the ball joints so I dont know what the issue is with the click at 12:00 and 6:00. There is a little bit of movement in the control arm bushings, but nothing to be concerned about.

I dont think it could be the wheel bearings because it was doing it before I replaced them.

If its moving in a way it shouldn't be, you should also be able to see where the movement is happening.... If it is ONLY at 12 and 6, that's got to be a ball joint, or control arm issue.

Yea at some point I want to take all the control arms off anyways and replace the bushings and ball joints, but its just to cold at the moment. Hopefully it can wait till spring I'm planning on getting another truck relatively soon and parking this one so hopefully for the time being it'll manage.

Have both the upper ball joints and all 4 upper control arm bushings so far. Will order the rest of the ball joints and bushings before spring.

Now there is a sentiment I can relate to. Yeah, it's cold here too, and I have zero desire to be working out there........
