Default Transmission Identification

New member here, so thanks in advance for your help and your patience. Here is the stamped code on above the transmission pan of my 92 d-150 3.9L V6 automatic: PK52117688 1506 9794

I've heard this is the A500/42rh/42 re, but that is only based on two things--the transmission pan (14 bolts) and the 3.9L V6. Below is what I come up with when I do a search on mopargiants.com. It indicates that I have the A999/998. I also keep hearing that this is not an electronic lock-up and it is hydraulic.
Can you help me confirm? It's not running right now because of transmission issues (that's a future post), but this confusion seems to stem from the transition to the 3.9L V6 in 1992. It would be great to be certain of what I have.
