Default Straighting the steering wheel.

Hello,

We just pick up a 1986 Ram 5.2L 4WD and one of the issues is that the steering wheel is tilted about 40 degrees to the left. When driving she tracks straight down the road, so I think the alignment is ok.

How can I fix this tilt?

Thanks in advance,
Louis

Centering the steering should be part of an alignment. Would need to see how the steering is set up to tell you what to adjust.

you would likely need a adjustable drag link or adjustable steering shaft. since you have a stock steering coupler it would likely be better to get a adjustable steering shaft. it would likely get rid of some play in the steering if there is any in the coupler.
