Default 93 350 transmission lines??

I am looking to purchase a 93 350 with the diesel engine but the transmission lines are leaking
I called my local transmission shop and they informed me that they will only do the job if I bought replacement lines from dodge dealership but dodge discontinued the lines

So what or where I go now?

I see Rock Auto has the mediocre Dorman lines for $145 plus shipping

Any help is appreciated

Talk to your shop again, let 'em know that the lines aren't available, see if they have a solution.

Lines can be bent up from scratch, or have hydraulic lines made. Shops prefer to work off book times and available parts.

you can buy fittings to hook up rubber lines. that is how my friend did it on his truck when he got tired of patching up the stock lines especially since the lines are 1/2". if the cooling system is working as it should there should be no problem running all rubber line.

pretty sure he just bought fittings since he already had the rubber line from having to patch up the lines many times in the past but yes that looks like it should work. when it comes to the diesels is seems like there is very limited options for them because of the 1/2" tubing and how long/complex they can be since they go to the heat exchanger and then to the transmission cooler and then back to the transmission.
